Transition/Re-entry Plan and Resources

A Transition/Re-entry Plan

The Arizona Correctional Committee has developed a Transition/Re-Entry Plan with support documents that can be adapted to meet the needs of incarcerated individuals and those who minister to them.

Note: This plan and supporting documents are not officially approved by the Church--these are sample documents.  Feel free to use or adjust them as you are inspired.

Transition/Re-entry Resources

Making the transition from life during incarceration to life after release from a correctional facility is very challenging for many individuals. The following resources are provided to assist priesthood leaders and others with the re-entry process.

The Arizona Correctional Committee (ACC) does not provide transition/re-entry services to "sending" branches or "receiving" wards/branches (i.e., it does not find housing, employment or other resources for individuals or Church units). The ACC provides resources and training to priesthood leaders who hold the keys for ministering to these individuals.
